When you write in, it's useful to include:
- What you were trying to do, and what happened.
- The device and browser (or the app version).
- A screenshot, if you have one.
We aim to reply within a few business days.
For parents & guardians
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information linked to your child's account, or withdraw consent, at any time. Just email us from the address you used to set up Brainero. You can also erase everything on the device instantly from Profile → Settings → Reset App Data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
